As a general contractor, the company undertakes construction and engineering works encompassing civil, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, water and wastewater systems, automation, and other allied technical disciplines. Our capabilities extend from engineering and project implementation to installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and other specialized industrial services.

Complementing our contracting and engineering operations, GEOCRIS is also engaged in the sales and supply of industrial equipment, parts, materials, tools, and related products, enabling us to support customers not only in project execution but also in their continuing operational and maintenance requirements.

GEOCRIS Corporation traces its roots to August 31, 2017, when the business began as REBATA Engineering Services, a sole proprietorship established to provide engineering, industrial, and technical services to clients in Mindanao.

Built on technical competence, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship, the business steadily expanded its capabilities and market reach. As operations grew, it transitioned into a broader industrial and construction enterprise and was incorporated on July 31, 2019, as GTRB Industrial Corporation.

Through the succeeding years, the organization continued to develop its engineering capabilities, expand its services, and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

In January 2026, a new chapter began with the establishment of GEOCRIS Corporation. More than a new corporate identity, GEOCRIS represents the continuation of a business journey that began in 2017—carrying forward the experience, technical foundation, relationships, values, and aspirations developed throughout the years.

Today, GEOCRIS Corporation carries more than nine years of industry experience, continuously strengthening its position as a dependable partner for construction, engineering, industrial services, and industrial supply requirements.

GEOCRIS Corporation engages in general construction and allied engineering activities, including but not limited to the construction, enlargement, repair, development, maintenance, and execution of works involving:

Provided, however, that the corporation shall not engage in the construction of defense-related structures and locally funded government projects.
